Why are your prices so low?
Yes my prices are below industry average. 32 years ago when I went to massage school, my tuition costed a total of $6,500. These days it costs $15,000. My student loans have been paid off for 25 years. My residence is paid off. My cars are paid off. I have no alimony or child support to pay. I have consciously structured my life to be lean and clean. Thus I can keep my prices reasonable even in this day and age.
How many massages do you do in a week?
Less than 10. Often times less than 5. Years ago I tried to do a full schedule of work (30 appointments per week or thereabouts) but that is physically unsustainable. Therapists who attempt to work that kind of pace will either cut corners on your massage, or simply burn out in a short time. I enjoy the nature of the work, and am happy to give a full, fresh, well-rested effort to you at your appointment. What's it worth to you to have a therapist with 30 years of schooling and experience, who isn't overextended?
Eric, why should I get a massage from specifically YOU?
Because I understand that your body functions as a complete unit. The standard sorry massage that is delivered in this world is this: Superbomb the back and the shoulders; hit the neck somewhat decently; touch the backs of the legs and glutes one time; maybe touch the feet and the hands/arms; ignore the fronts of the legs. HORRIBLE. This will not be the massage that you get from me.
